Its the time of year when thoughts turn to pastures new - bunch of guys in the gatehouse were going on a camping trip to Devon (don't forget give us the story when you get back ; ) We spent some time checking out the economy travel options.
Oxford ain't the only town with a Megabus service to London so you can get to lots of other towns at a bargain basement price if you can cope with the slow service and traveling via London rather than across country. Check this site out - National Express costs about 50quid to Devon and the train about £35. Other options include car hire and i've put details of a local 'rent a dent' company on the list.
